This tool was built for one person's personal use, not as a service for the public. It's shown here publicly, but the developer does not review, moderate, or take responsibility for how anyone else uses it, and cannot see, recover, or back up your data. If you weren't specifically told to use this by its owner, treat anything you enter here as something you alone are responsible for keeping safe.

How this stores data: nothing you type is sent to a server or database. Every entry is written to this browser's local storage (a cookie-like mechanism built into your browser), on this device only. Your browser needs to allow local storage/cookies for the log to work at all. If you clear your browsing data, use a private/incognito window, or open this page on a different browser or device, that data will not be there — there is no account and no cloud copy. Use the in-app "Export backup" button if you want a file you control.

Not medical advice: the rotation suggestion is a simple memory aid based on which site you logged longest ago. It doesn't check doses, timing, or safety, and isn't a substitute for guidance from a qualified clinician.

This page also shows rotating third-party advertisements to help cover hosting costs. Ads are served by ad partners who may use their own cookies or tracking for that purpose, separate from the local storage described above.
