This is a personal-use tracking tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, prescribe, verify doses, or determine whether an injection is appropriate or safe. Use it only as a record-keeping aid and follow the instructions of your clinician and the product you are using.
Your log is designed to stay on your device. The application stores its entries in this browser's local storage. There is no application database or account for your injection log, and the app does not upload your entries as part of normal logging.
Important limitation: browser storage is tied to the browser/origin on that device. Clearing browser data, using private/incognito mode, or changing browser/device can make the local copy unavailable. Use the encrypted vault below to move your log between browsers/devices without giving the app a server copy of your entries.
Third-party content: if you later add external advertising, analytics, fonts, embeds, or other third-party services, those services may receive normal web-request information or set their own cookies. That is separate from the app's local log storage.
Multiple entries are allowed. There is no one-entry-per-day or one-compound-per-day restriction. Each saved record represents one injection event, so several compounds or several entries can share the same date.
