History

Personal-use tool, shown publicly as-is. This was built for one person's own tracking and isn't a maintained public service — use it at your own discretion and don't rely on it as your only record. The rotation suggestion only tracks which site you last logged and how long ago, so it can point at the least-recently-used one; it's a memory aid, not medical guidance, and doesn't check doses, interactions, or safety.

No server-side storage. Nothing you enter is transmitted anywhere or written to any database. Every entry lives in this browser's local storage — the same kind of on-device mechanism cookies use — so it only exists on this device, in this browser. Clearing your browsing data, using a private window, or switching browsers or devices will not carry your entries over, and there's no way for the site owner to see, recover, or back up what you've entered. Use "Export backup" if you want a file of your own. This page shows rotating ads from third parties, which may set their own cookies independent of the local storage above.
