Here’s The Latest Wonder Woman TV Spot

  • If you’ve been wondering why Wonder Woman, the forth coming Warner Bros. movie featuring not only the 75 year old character’s first big screen solo effort but also arguably the biggest female lead superhero film ever (sorry 2005’s Elektra,) seems to be a little light in the promotional department well you are not alone. It really does feel like the film is getting less attention marketing wise than the previous DCEU outing, the much loved and maligned Suicide Squad, or even Justice League which doesn’t come out till this November.

Well, with a little over a month away till the Themyscira Princess’ movie hits theatres, the latest episode of FOX’s Gotham dropped a new TV spot for the film.

Well, not a lot of new footage but it does seem to have an extra little jump in excitement to it, editing wise. Granted that might be the prototypical response to the ever present 90s’ish guitar grunge rock sound that is quickly becoming synonymous with DC films.

Safe bet is that the first Flash trailer will feature the Spin Doctors.

Before she was Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, Diana meets an American pilot (Chris Pine) who tells her about the massive conflict that’s raging in the outside world. Convinced that she can stop the threat, Diana leaves her home for the first time. Fighting alongside men in a war to end all wars, she finally discovers her full powers and true destiny.

Wonder Woman is set to hit theaters June 2nd.
